Ugo De Rosa, one of the most successful frame builders was born on January 27, 1934 in Milan, Italy. His passion led him to study mechanics and engineering at a technical college. Later in the early 1950s he opened his first shop and commenced the manufacture of racing bicycles. He supplied many champions with his high-end bicycles (Gianni Motta, Eddy Merckx and Francesco Moser…), and also strongly influenced the cycling industry with his amazing bikes from Cusano Milanino.

In 1988, Ugo de Rosa decided, it was time to come up with a special bike to celebrate the 35th anniversary of his bicycle manufacture. The outcome was clean and very well made. Just a limited number of approximately 350 bikes were produced. All of them were fitted with Campagnolo C-Record parts in different variations. The frame is basically a De Rosa Professional SLX with a classic flat fork crown. As for the C-Record parts, the real eyecatcher are certainly the engraved Delta brakes. Shining in beautiful pearl white paint job. Highly collectible and very desirable.
Happy to present another highly collectible vintage steel jewel, made by master Ugo De Rosa – DE ROSA 35th Anniversary, which dates back to 1988 (serial number 219). The frame is made of Columbus SLX tubing, shinning in pearl white paint job, built with stunning Campagnolo C Record Delta Century groupset, Campagnolo Sigma wheels, 3ttt stem and handlebar. A work of art in new old stock condition, never ridden.
