Cicli BERMA was founded in the 1930s by BERtocco MArio, whose initials originate the “BERMA” brand. The brand is affirmed in Italian cycling history as a guarantee of traditional craft with the passion for a totally custom approach. The 1960s, 1970s and 1980s represents the golden age of Italian cycling and Berma embodied, among other brands, the values of historic framebuilders worldwide. Bertocco earned its reputation in top level framebuilding by hand-built meticulous and craftsman’s attention to detail. His bikes achieved numerous prestigious cycling achievements on the track and on the road, with the victory of world and Italian championships.
Here we are offering another Italian steel beauty from mid 1970s – BERMA Campione del mondo. The frame is work of art, featuring the perfection and attention to details to providing the best performance you might expect from mid 1970s racing machine. The superb frame is made of Columbus SL tubing and enlightened lugs, shining in beautiful gold paintjob and shows Berma panotgraphs on the fork crowns and seatstays. Only top of the line components are good enough – complete Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset with pantograph Berma chainring and seatpost, 3ttt cockpit and original San Marco saddle. No much words needed.
