PATELLI Service Course (mid 1960s) – SOLD

Description

In 1948, the 3 brothers Umberto, Luigi and Sergio Patelli from Bologna, Italy founded Cicli Patelli  and began to manufactured high-end custom made racing bikes. They became famous for their high quality products, using highly evolved technological and precise construction methods. Lugi was mostly responsbible for building frames and always focused on craftsmanship and details rather than quantity. 

Proudly presenting this very rare steel racing machine from mid 1960s, the PATELLI Service Course in original condition. The frame is featuring amazing details of lugs and original Patelli headbadge, build with Campagnolo Record 1st generation groupset, Weinmann brakes, ttt cockpit and NiSi rims.

Extremely rare. Nice catch for any vintage bike collector. L’Eroica ready.
