Company F.lli Masciaghi (Masciaghi Brothers) was the owner of the brand Fausto Coppi in early 1990s and they put in charge Giovanni Pelizzoli for the design and manufacturing of their top racing frames for Team Polti. The pro team included Gianni Bugno, winner of ”Flanders”  Mauro Giannetti, Mirko Celestino, Richard Virenque, Davide Rebellin and Ivan Gotti, winner of Giro d’Italia.

Proudly presenting another superb Italian racing machine made by F.lli Masciaghi and their Reparto Corse – FAUSTO COPPI Titanio Lugano 53 which dates back to 1996-97. The Titanio Lugani 53 is made of light high-end Hyperion titanium. It’s  stiff, light and aerodynamic frame made for Team Polti, one of the strongest teams back then. Built with Shimano Dura Ace 7700 groupset, Spinergy X-Rev wheels, Cinelli stem and handlebar, Selle Italia Flite saddle.

Nice catch for any vintage bike collector.
