Ugo De Rosa, one of the most successful frame builders was born on January 27, 1934 in Milan, Italy. His passion led him to study mechanics and engineering at a technical college. Later in the early 1950s he opened his first shop and commenced the manufacture of racing bicycles. He supplied many champions with his high-end bicycles (Gianni Motta, Eddy Merckx and Francesco Moser…), and also strongly influenced the cycling industry with his amazing bikes from Cusano Milanino.

Here we are proudly presenting one the most beautiful bikes that came in our store ever, the DE ROSA Primato. The frame is work of art, shinning in outstanding titanium gray paintjob, made of Columbus EL (Extra Leggeri) tubing, famous Diamante chainstay and especially designed bottom bracket shell to improve the stiffness. Completely build with superb 1993 Campagnolo Record 8speed groupset, 3ttt cockpit, Ambrosio Durex wheels, Flite Titanium saddle. Hard to believe, the bike is in new old stock condition – looks like it just came from DeRosa factory. Love at first sight.
