Bianchi is the world’s oldest bicycle-making company still in existence, founded in 1885 by Eduardo Bianchi in Milan, Italy. No doubt, Bianchi is the pioneer of bicycle development since the beginning. They invented equal-sized wheels with pneumatic rubber tires in 1895, first bicycle ever featuring a cardan joint transmission in 1901 and front brake system in 1913.From the end of 1952 to the end of 1968,
Bianchi Reparto Corse built a total of 480 track framesets. In other words, 480 framesets over 16 years or, on average, 30 framesets per year. So, those racing jewels are very hard to find.
Proudly presenting another legendary piece of the cycling history – Bianchi Pista which dates back to early/mid 1980s. Extraordinary details of the steel frame makes you understand that Edoardo Bianchi was a medical tool engineer, before he started with bike manufacturing. The frame is featuring stunning details of fork crown, lugs and seat-stays, GF+ bottom bracket shell. Build with Campagnolo Record Pista parts, 3ttt Bianchi stem and handlebar, NiSi Pista rims. No much words needed.
A real jewel.
